Order Cancellation Policy

1. Before Shipment
• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

• A full refund will be issued for cancelled orders.
2. After Shipment
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
• Order number
• Photographs and video of the damaged/defective item(s) while or just after unboxing the package.
2. Return Process
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
• Ensure the product is securely packaged and in its original condition.
3. Refund Process
• Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For other reasons, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Orders placed for custom or personalized items.
